There's layers to this ish.
Um, because it's cold. So layering a jacket with cardigan plus vest and a top makes sense. Atlanta is in full swing autumn. With a mix of rain as of late. And even though it's not my favorite weather, the leaves are so beautiful. So, yeah, I hate going through fall. But the process is beautiful.
It got me to thinking. That's the deal with most good things. You hate the process, but the end result is a much greater pay off. Working out, school, going to work, even blogging. If you respect the process and go through it thoroughly, you will get a worthy end result. We all want happiness, we all want to be
financial stable rich. But the real question is "What pain do you want? What are you willing to struggle for?" I came across a really great article this morning (thanks to Myleik and Luvvie on Twitter) and it really got me to thinking: if we're willing to struggle for something, really work your ass off for it, then the end result is much more valuable.
So yes, we want to be happy, but stop wishing for it. Go out and do whatever it takes to get your happy and hold on to it. It does not come easy. But when has anything worthwhile been? Because when it comes to happy, there's layers to this ish.
