In this episode, I'm talking about what makes bloggers appealing to brands even if they don't have big numbers. I've had the pleasure of working with brands like H&M, Macy's, Cotton & more even though I didn't have "big" numbers. I break down the top 3 things brands are looking for in a blogger:
- quality content: great imagery, clear messaging, value to your reader
- consistency: a blogging rhythm that sets expectations for your audience
- shareability: does the content you post translate when you share it on social?
As you've noticed, I post a new #AskMattie everyday, Monday thru Friday. If you have a question for me on style, life or blogging, send your name, URL & city + your question to [email protected]. Listen below.
