I'm excited that the weather is getting a little bit milder and warming up slowly but surely. It reminds me that spring is on its way and that a new season is coming.
This past weekend I got the chance to take Olori Swank's Online Boutique Workshop where she gave us the ins and outs of starting an online store. I think we've all heard jokes or even comments about "Instagram boutiques" where people talk down on them, but a lot of people are out here running successful business where you only see there social media marketing efforts.
I've always enjoyed Olori and seeing her turn Swank Blue from a boutique where she sold her old clothes to a seven figure business is not only impressive, it's motivating. My plan for my business is to get into physical products as I grow, but it was important to me to learn from someone who has done it successfully. I'm excited. I'm not getting into clothing, but I think that I've got something special to offer the world. Excited to share with you guys soon come.
I love the challenge and consistency of a little black dress. This Elizabeth and James dress is so feminine and perfect for an array of occasions be it a wedding, date or party. We kept it simple by pairing it with metallic pumps, because after all: the feathers are the star of the look.
